For Ground shipping:

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order.

For Next Day, 2Day and 3Day Shipping:

Please allow 24 hours for processing your order unless the products ordered was a pre-order item. Overnight, 2 Day, and 3 Day Shipping will either be shipped on the same day or 24 hours later. Pre-order items will be shipped 24 hours after the released date specified on the website.

Please note: We do not deliver on Saturdays. For Saturday delivery, please contact us for additional charges.

Shipping Rates for United States:

We shipped all products with FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The shipping rate is based on UPS rates. ALL of our shipments are insured so you don't have to worry about your package being lost or stolen. If there is a carrier that you prefer, please specify that under the "comment" section of the checkout page.

The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order gets processed. You may also check the status of the order by clicking the order status button at the top of the page.

Shipping to Military:

We ship to AE, APO, AP, and FPO addresses (The only items that cannot be shipped to military addresses are oversized items such as metal dance pads). Please choose 3Day shipping for military addresses.
